Taylor Acoustic Guitars

The Taylor Acoustic Guitars are in existence since 1974. But they have performed miracles in that time. It represents a lot of research that was done to make it climb the ladder of success.

In the first year they had 3 employees and made 36 guitars. They had serial numbers starting at 10. By 1978 the number of employees had grown up to 11 and total guitars made went up to 449. This was the first year someone famous used one of Taylor’s guitars. Neil Young used a Taylor guitar and then not long after bought a second one from them. In 1984 they made a purple starred guitar for Prince.

Bob Taylor’s signature is on each and every guitar he ever sold. He is proud of what he has done and with reason. Today Taylor Acoustic Guitars have a full line of Guitars and they have won a number of awards for excellence.
